At International Property Group we work with many different clients, from overseas investors based in places like Hong Kong and Singapore to investors based in the UK. Some clients are new landlords or landlords with few investments, while others already have numerous properties in a portfolio. We know that these clients will not be looking for the same kinds of investments; some may not even have a clear plan about the kind of investments they want to make.

We view it as our responsibility to make our process of communicating with you and acting on your wishes tailor-made for each case, so each sourcing operation is carried out according to your specific requirements. Because we work alongside our two sister companies who handle maintenance and letting, you’ll never need to go anywhere else between briefing us on your investment aims and letting a property to tenants.

How it works:

Client Consultation

First we will have a client consultation with you, either by phone, zoom call or in person. We get to know you and vice versa. Together we establish where you are in your property journey and the best strategy and tactics we should use to grow your portfolio effectively. We will not hold you to this consultation, we understand circumstances can change and we will adapt your investment strategy accordingly. You’ll receive a welcome pack with all contact details etc.

Finding your investment

We then begin the hunt for your property deal. once weve established the best ones, we packaging them up with all the necessary power teams in place, the due diligence involved etc. 

Your choice

We will then present you with the packaged up deals. Together we will outline the pros and cons of each deal and from there pursue the best option.

The reason we present more than one deal is so we have back up options should one of the deals fall through.

Negotiate

Once the investment is chosen its up to us to negotiate the best possible price. We always present our deals at asking price, any more off is then a bonus but is not integral to the deal.  

Secure

Once the price has been agreed we will put you in contact with the vendor/agent so you can provide them with all the necessary documentation. We can help you with this if you’d like.

Exit strategy

It’s important that our investors have more than one option with the deal they’ve chosen. The property should always be able to employ more than one tactic to make money. We always provide the best power teams so that the plan stays on course and within budget.
